NEW ARTICLE OUT IN OPEN ACCESS

How do small and peripheral states respond to big EU initiatives? In a new article by Daniel Šitera and myself, we look at Czechia's reluctant and gradual warming to the idea of "EU digital sovereignty". 1/2

TGA: "One can go down the list of conditions for a just war (...) and see how many are now being violated. Proportionality? No. Reasonable chance of success? No. Distinguishing between combatants and innocent civilians? No."

To teda moc nevím, co tam @zeleni.cz v rámci onoho přípomínkování prosadili. V čem je tohle proboha progresivní?

To hear this kind of language *even* from a German conservative is nothing short of remarkable.

Proč si to myslím?

This is so true. The risk of students using genAI results in all of us - cheating students, honest students, staff - having a less valuable university experience. doi.org/10.1007/s001...

Great article by Scott Lavery & Henrique Lopes-Valenca with depressingly familiar maps of EU inequalities. We are trying to do something similar with @stredoevropan.bsky.social and others in our project on the role of CEE in EU #digitalsovereignty. Multiple articles are under review/in preparation.
