Just made the transition from my defunct Twitter/X to bsky. Still figuring out how to leverage this in a meaningful way. I'm personally more of a FB guy but I'm also old at heart and don't like change lol. Any tips on who to follow? Would love Tacoma/Puget Sound accounts and healthcare stuff. :)
