I've been noticing people saying get #avocados while you can.. You may not know, you can FREEZE avocados. Once they are ripe, just toss them in the freezer. They are mostly fat (a good fat) so when you defrost them, they are nearly the same as before. Never waste an avocado again! #Cooking 🍽️ 🥑
