4.It is high time that the GG reflects on the critique from civil society: get over the transactional approach, support a genuine transition instead of creating green dependency.

1. GG need co-designing: full consultation of people living in the country and effected by the projects, not just
announcements from Brussels.
2. Partner countries are not battlefields for geopolitical rivalries.

We welcome the call to create a system for Parliamentary oversight over capital flows from NDICI-the EU's aid instrument- to ensure they align with the dedicated targets for #development and not the EU's geopolitical priorities.
