Red Aurora here near Albuquerque. My DIL took this picture about 40 miles east of Albuquerque. My photo from last night was super wimpy because I live in the middle of town. I thunk I'll drive out to the mountains this evening to see it. This warms the Alaskan side of my heart.

I remember long ago and far away, before I had kid, I had two parrots in my shop. I spent so much time there, that it was better for them to be at work with me than at home. One day a little boy walked into the store and, very excited, said, "Oh look, Mommy! A GREEN EAGLE!" I didn't correct him.
