The flavors are bursting, it's clear and complex. Blackberry and mint are the notes, but it pleasantly reminds me of cherry tobacco...I think?

It was very floral, which was surprising to me.
There were no bad coffees in this year's calender. Overall, this calender was a great value for the price.

It smelled delightfully like hazelnut and a bit of that caramel. I screwed this one up b/c it came out... ya know the smell of a wet dog? It tasted like that 😆

I used 15g of beans, 200mls of water with the Aeropress on grind size 4.5. I didn't get much from this one. I tried again later with a pour over, and I just didn't taste much 🤷🏻♀️ The beans smelled good, though.

In the morning, I used the French Press = meh. Then in the afternoon I used a V6, and the lime notes were so strong it was like if this coffee was actually a mojito in disguise. Great!

I used my new "fancy" coffee grinder on grind #9 for French press. It had a subtle flavor and it was quite interesting. I could really taste the black tea notes. 19g of coffee beans, 250ml of water.
