I think the times we are living in tend to make all of us anxious now and then. I meditate, pay attention to breathing and try and think of positive things. Breathe in calm, breathe out anxiety.

I spent hours and hours on those exact skates and I think I still have a few scars left from some of my more adventurous moves. 😊😊👍
