A set of tools and processes organized to simplify and motivate voting with a non professional DAO governance participant point of view.

- Administrators are often paid & speculatively motivated
- Governance is regular and easy to read
- Proposal and context are worked on to be clear
Main point could be that corporate are organized to improve their governance experience.

- Most require high level of expertise
- Outside GovToken speculation there are low incentives
- Context is hard to read and impact consistency
