StoryGraph has a much better interface too. I always hated the GR beige on beige aesthetic
Goodreads is owned by Jeff Bezos. A better alternative is StoryGraph, a Black woman-owned platform. And before y’all start, you can transfer all your Goodreads data to Storygraph so you literally have no excuse.

Just watched Wicked, and Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande are true stars. That movie is full of chills, tears, camp, laughter. They truly deserve all the praise they have received.

Well finally watched Alien 3 and I'm sorry to announce that I liked it more than 2, the story is actually more compelling and risky. Alien 1 remains a masterpiece.

A few days ago I met a gay couple from Canada in a hotel elevator. They were carrying a lovely dog in a backpack and let me pet her. Then I told them about my dog who died that week and they were even kinder than my travel companions. I still think about them and wish them well.
