Sort of like cherry pink in carbon monoxide poisoning. Cherries vary from yellow through red to black. Uncommonly a carboxyhaemoglobin pink in my experience.

But car traffic as bad as ever in central Paris in my recent experience. Maybe lower car emissions playing a key role and not so much preventing traffic from entering the area.
