The closer it gets to January 20th the higher my anxiety becomes. I think it’s going to be much worse than the last time. I can’t understand how some many people are ok with this.

My heart aches for California and all these fires. My sister is on the way to her home to see if there is any damage. She lives in the Altadena area. What a way to start the New Year. Then we have to worry about the president coming in to office. Stressful times. Anxiety sucks.

I live with anxiety and depression. Not sure how I am going to handle the next four years. What are you going to do to help your mental health?
