Yesterday the Dr said my knee looked great two weeks post surgery. I don’t need PT and can return to exercise as tolerated but no running for now. That’s ok. I need to build a base.

Yesterday the Dr said my knee looked great two weeks post surgery. I don’t need PT and can return to exercise as tolerated but no running for now. That’s ok. I need to build a base.
