The problem with most dishonorable officers is:
- Their Department is not doing their job.
- State POST Department is not doing their job.
- Prosecutors are not doing their job.
- Judges are not doing their job.

It seems the Colorado legislature will soon pass HB 25-1447, Fairness & Transparency in Municipal Court. @cofreedomfund.bsky.social put together this fact sheet explaining the injustices in CO municipal courts & why this bill is essential. Contact Gov Polis and tell him to sign this bill!

Today, I spoke w/ @lakidsrights.org Exec Dir Kristen Rome about ballot initiative Amendment 3. This Amdmnt would give the Legislature unchecked power to make it easier to prosecute young people in the adult criminal system, meaning more kids end up in Angola Prison.
