SavannaBananas support staff staying at our hotel, which for Dan kind of makes up for our cab driver not being into sports. Almost all staff had bananas at breakfast; Dan mentioned this to some kids on the trolley and they nearly pissed themselves laughing.

Looking at pictures of mail from previous centuries, I'm reminded of the old light-blue airmail letters that were also letter AND envelope. 2 of my best friends from home sent me a letter on one of these when I was doing AFS in Germany; it was covered in food stains from our favorite restaurant.

After months of looking at the listings for my soccer matches of choice and quietly moaning that I don't subscribe to any of those services, I've discovered that they are on Amazon Prime. Happily settled with a brew and #GERBIH⚽️
