this is the funniest exchange I have seen on bluesky. I was laughing out loud on a crowded commuter train, people gave me concerning looks. I'm still laughing now. No emojis do this justice. Brilliant and I miss some of those end of day calls we used to do.

Thanks David and that's very kind of you. All good and I hope you are well too. I really believe this work will happen eventually and reading @richardpope.org 's excellent #platformland only reinforces that.

time, work in recovery mode and under far more scrutiny (panic and scared mode). I think it might be another prime example of a large programme consuming all of the opportunities for a number of years. What Ben is flagging is the end result of that. Sorry - longer than I had planned.

Tentatively admitting I helped set up a digital team for DBS in 2016 (gulp). There's so much background and context, and it was another factor that led me to ending my 23+ years as a CS.

GDX…(I think it’s all stopped now but might have that wrong). I must catch up with Darwin and hope he is good. I’m working on the electronic Referral Service at the NHS.
