Middle name is probably Beerhall, though, that face is of a mouse named Chet

two heroes

I have such a clear feeling of when I suddenly realized one didn't see cars with rust anymore. Pre-2000, it was so commonplace

"hell fuckin' nah," needs to be the next Dem presidential campaign slogan
December 20, 2025 at 5:41 PM
I'm in Italy and that behavior is ubiquitous everywhere: one person gave her child an ipad at a very nice restaurant and blared a cartoon. Between that kind of thing and the hideous iphone notification ding, I feel like taking away everyone's phone in the world
December 19, 2025 at 5:14 PM
that's a great pull and 100% accurate
December 19, 2025 at 3:24 PM
no, but: yeah (though). It was brilliant, but you can cut like 35% of the runtime of seasons 1-3, then maybe 15% of those in 4-6, and tell a far more compelling narrative. The pacing was off, having an assembly cut feel to it. But meh
December 15, 2025 at 2:23 PM
BCS was saved in season four by Gould taking over in terms of pace. I think Gilligan just likes slow stories and cinema, and he'd make Jeanne Dielman if he could. Pluribus should be a mini series, or even like an anime at 26 episodes. It's ludicrous to make it a series

I think it's called having a life. People died, but MMMMEEEEE, MMMEEEEE! Pathetic.

You just want attention, and the vileness of choosing these kinds of events to foster your ego is indistinguishable to a Russian bot

Leftists love using health as a way to become conspiracy addled (and not far from that, rightwing. Look no further than breastmilk and roadkill chugger RFK Jr).
December 10, 2025 at 7:53 PM
he's so dumb. it's the equivalent feeling of someone's tweet with three replies saying "For the hordes of people saying I'm wrong, actually though..."
December 9, 2025 at 5:39 PM
My love of loves. Getting the demo disc hyped me up as a kid so much, and it's by far my favorite game.
December 7, 2025 at 5:50 PM
I know, but the douche still won by 9-10 points. So many of these districts are so heinously gerrymandered, and frankly so much of the population is very rightwing, it feels hopeless at times to move beyond between a slim margin for Ds, and an insurmountable R nightmare
December 3, 2025 at 5:44 PM
I mean, when you get double digit moves and it's still 40 to 70 points margin, that's effectively no change ...
December 3, 2025 at 4:46 PM
There's that insight. Blue Dogs appealed strongly to the working class, not your magical belief of what constitutes it. I would suspect Golden is basically who this strategy would attract, which seems counter to what's professed here. But, no worries, snark it up. Whatever
December 1, 2025 at 5:09 PM
Just making Blue Dogs again by a different name
December 1, 2025 at 4:42 PM
This will be an eternally underrated reply
November 14, 2025 at 6:42 PM
and Ted Talk people, heads of Universities, non profit heads, foundation and program officers ---- it seems like bs all the way up and down until you get to frontline workers who have to be good at something tangible to keep their jobs
November 13, 2025 at 6:19 PM
Ken is just annoying vibes, no insight. Not to fan-gayboi but you actually, you know, know things. I cannot stand the endless parade of Pikers and Kens and Grossman bs of whining and false equivalency, low info nonsense that appeals to vapid leftists. It's awful and credulous and failing the moment
November 12, 2025 at 3:05 AM
and now he's hiring every deblasio flunky. such change
November 11, 2025 at 1:39 PM
Would you believe their head of "education" spent like a year leading all of early childhood at Chicago Public Schools? and got a TFA leadership award? It's crazy people all the way up and down
