no, but: yeah (though). It was brilliant, but you can cut like 35% of the runtime of seasons 1-3, then maybe 15% of those in 4-6, and tell a far more compelling narrative. The pacing was off, having an assembly cut feel to it. But meh

BCS was saved in season four by Gould taking over in terms of pace. I think Gilligan just likes slow stories and cinema, and he'd make Jeanne Dielman if he could. Pluribus should be a mini series, or even like an anime at 26 episodes. It's ludicrous to make it a series

I know, but the douche still won by 9-10 points. So many of these districts are so heinously gerrymandered, and frankly so much of the population is very rightwing, it feels hopeless at times to move beyond between a slim margin for Ds, and an insurmountable R nightmare
