So what is wrong with the papers? Why not ask for a retraction or inform your followers what the issues are? Just removing yourself doesn’t do anything to address the corruption of the scientific record from these published but fraudulent papers.

The first question was “what is your university?” The second question was “what is your rank?” The third question was “what is your field of study?” If that wasn’t enough the fourth question asks for your exact teaching/research/service/admin/extension split.

In particular, I appreciate that you provided a reason for your desk rejection so that I can better target the paper for another journal. I realize it must have taken a lot of late nights of reflection during those 2+ months to arrive at this decision. 📉📈
