How can someone work without an AC during such temperatures and humidity of 52%?

Mind you I am living in west germany... The temperatures and weather altogether changed drastically in the last years.
This is a screenshot from a weather app showing temperatures up until 38° Celcius for Tuesday and Wednesday with humidity of about 52%. Tuesday the temperature will drop to 26° Celcius. A warning is displayed about the current heatwave (01. July 2025, Germany).
