Plz go watch Dinner in America on Hulu. It’s an exhilarating and endearing punk rock coming of age black comedy with a lotta unhinged heart and two of the best performances I’ve seen this year. The second and third act are pure magic. I can’t stop recommending it.

Not enough people talk about how hilarious and brilliant this movie is. But 9 year old me knew. 9 year old me had this poster on my bedroom wall next to Weekend at Bernie’s and Back to the Future. And it still holds up today. Maybe even more so.

The Last Showgirl trailer is fantastic. Pamela Anderson is a revelation. I could name a dozen Oscar winning performances that don’t come close to touching the amount of emotion she shows in the first few seconds of this trailer. I hope she goes all the way with this one. So deserving.
