I just chalk it up to random bad behaviour. Rhetoric unfortunately fans the flames and emboldens some bad behaviour out there. I have cameras rolling almost all the time now, and no issue taking the time to file.

I would agree. The irony the more you seek out being away from cars, the worse the bad actors tend to be. I got my first, for lack of a better term “rock shower” riding gravel last year. Driver intentionally slowed, then gunned it. I was not pleased.

Maybe luck. For me I think being on a road bike in full Lycra kit, moving fast 35-50km/hr, but not fast enough is the trigger for some of it. I can be riding slow on the pathways in Fish Creek, and people will get mad do nothing wrong. Same on the road. I don’t get it on my upright with a big basket

I wish I could say the same Rose. I had a bottle thrown at me last year. As well as a car follow me onto a bike path trying to run me off it. Yelling I never can decipher what they are going on about.

Yes, but I think the vast majority of people wouldn’t be comfortable. It is better than nothing, but it really is nothing.
