Yep I had it active so I could play a few games a little and see if I like them enough to buy them in Switch/steam. Now I think I will pass.

I'm thinking it more than makes up for those not joining early. I would be more annoyed if it had day and date micro transactions. As long as that isn't there then it kinda makes sense. Nintendo isn't aiming to sell all those outfits to whales and instead make a higher price instead.
