I like road tripping with my dog, more so via motorcycle than an enclosed vehicle. She's been to 32 states so far, the goal is to take her to all 49 continental states. I judge you if you don’t use alt-text. he/his
Has anyone called the John Ireland bridge project “separation of church and state” in print yet? If not they’re missing a great opportunity.

It shouldn’t be harder to get a secret lair than Coachella tickets. Queued for 45 minutes just to be told the wait is more than an hour. Guess I’ll leave the page open while I go to lunch and hope it doesn’t pop while I’m gone.

Similar, at Puttshack.

This is missing a "never" option.

Would you believe me if I told you this is the only time she’s ever said anything about Gaza on this app? And she’s never said anything about Palestine or Palestinians?

I haven't thought about cupcakes baked in ice cream cones in probably 30+ years, but seeing someone mention the plain vanilla ice cream cones made me think of them.

And it’s not lip service. (I just happened to be wearing this to work today.)

I’ve had pisses like that.

Total volume of the piss tanks is 18 lbs. (I know that’s not actually a volume measurement, blame NASA.)

I didn't trust them because of their trash interpretation of German Chocolate Pancakes that deception and willful rejection of reality made everything else I've learned about them unsurprising. No pecans? No sweetened condensed milk caramel sauce?

12 dumplings was light work, 24 would be easy.

Today's irrational ire brought to you by this restaurant with "Park Slope" in its name when it's just outside of Park Slope (assuming the map is correct). The red dotted line is the border, to the east of that line is Park Slope.

without downloading any new images, where are you mentally?

Watched this for the first time tonight, based on a story by Ray Bradbury. I wouldn’t be shocked to learn the abductions in “Nope” were inspired by the ones here.

I'm a little upset that the introduction of chimney cakes to Minnesota is a poor implementation as a cone for ice cream. It works best as a cylinder coated with glaze and an affixation - nutella and hazelnuts, simple and cinnamon sugar, chocolate and almond, etc.

These out of service tracks are a nightmare for motorcyclists. The decking between the tracks is all cracked and moving around.

They've had a prix-fixe lunch since at least June 15, 2023 they just started posting about it on social media a lot more religiously. Source: me, I get the prix-fixe almost weekly.

Odd behavior on Google Maps, probably one of the Crave groups admins messed it up and tagged the wrong property. (They own both Crave and The Butcher's Tale.) The Butcher's Tale doesn't have sushi.

Can't DM images, otherwise I would have DMed but it looks like the description in the "content" attribute in 4 objects (you have two "<meta></meta>" blocks?) was duplicated.

I'm not saying Google's "Download Chrome" ad campaigns are wasting money, but I'm not not saying it.

It looks like Audible has updated the art for the "Project Hail Mary (Unabridged)" audiobook to be a still from the movie and it briefly showed that to me instead of the one pictured. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll see the movie and probably enjoy it, but it will be wildly abridged.
