Penny's Advent Day 7- PSA don't chew the socks hanging from the mantle. Given the chance the very angelic Penny will tear the sock (or stuffed toy) to shreds. And yet still look cute doing so. That was a duck, maybe.

Day 4 of Penny's Advent calendar says to cuddle on the couch and watch our favorite Christmas movie. Time constraints for tonight make this not possible, but we'll come back to it in a few days. We did cuddle on the couch, and then watched the BCESD Santa Run.

Day 3 of Penny's Advent calendar- make your dog out of snow. Or mashed potatoes if you have no snow. Neither one here tonight so here is Penny made from yogurt, pecans, and chocolate chips. I claim no artistic ability. 😂

Penny's Advent calendar didn't have a specific activity today (just a treat) so we had to make our own. Penny is practicing wearing her Christmas bandanas to get ready for when she takes pictures with Santa in a few weeks. This one says Too cute for the Naughty List.

So it's a day late, but we did the activity yesterday so it totally counts. Penny's Advent calendar said for Penny to be a reindeer. Penny said absolutely not. She's willing to be a reindeer herder, though.

Lightning behind the clouds. I love watching this type of storm. Better with rain, but the lightning is pretty.
