I'll be presenting a paper, "Restorative Justice: Intimate Partner Violence and a Theory of Justice" with my colleague Annah Bender at the Eastern Division of the APA in NYC Friday 2-3:50pm. The paper examines interviews with survivors and develops an account of justice using these folk conceptions:
