I ordered from www.baldwinhardwaredirect.com per-acquisition. At least at the time, you could order different finishes for each side. I used that feature to have a chrome finish inside the bathroom, matching the facets, etc., and brass outside.

One of those outlet wiring testers is a good tool to have in one's electrical toolbox; trust-but-verify all the existing work too.

Even if solar provides dirt cheap generation for utilities, given regulatory capture benefiting those utilities, not guaranteed customers would see any cost savings.

Prior to the multi-day outage for my neighbor, I had two nearly 24-hour outages from PG&E less than 6 months apart. If I didn't have some on-site portable battery storage, 2X loss of fridge contents.
