A well-prepared leader uses data to drive decisions - student performance data, teacher effectiveness, & feedback from the community. They are ready for their role & know how to analyze data and use it to inform instructional changes, identify areas of improvement, and celebrate progress #edsi6321

Collaborate with local businesses and industries, identify the skills that are in high demand then adjust curricula to equip students with the necessary competencies.
In doing this, gather data and feedback loops - we need to see that data on student outcomes to make informed decisions! #edsi6321

I think it’s important to recognize that not all students will pursue a four-year college degree so we need increase opportunities for students to explore other post-secondary options. Why not implement programs that help students explore different career paths early on? #Edusky #edsi6321

From past experience- I think that regular communication between parents, special education staff, general education teachers, and other professionals is absolutely essential! Seems like many times they fall through the cracks - due to lack of feedback and communication. #specialeducation #edsi6321
