Celiac Coeliac, want gluten-free split pea soup 🍲? Cook split peas in GF Swanson chicken broth & saute GF Jimmy Dean sausage (or use GF Smithfield ham). Add potatoes, celery, carrots & onions. Don't forget salt/ pepper/ herbs/ spices. Simmer until incorporated.

You're right, not all American brands of soy sauce/ tamari are gluten-free for celiac! These two brands are .. San-J & La Choy 😁 Research and educate yourself celiac, coeliac 👍

And some coeliacs are reactive to avenin, a gluten like protein in oats. So even GF oats, sown, harvested and milled separately to other grains are off the menu.

Celiac Coeliac, not all oatmeal is gluten-free! Yes, oatmeal is "naturally" gluten free, however, due to shared machinery of harvesting wheat with oatmeal; cross-contamination happens and causes celiac symptoms. Check for GF certification.

Celiac Coeliac, want gluten-free ground beef chili 🍲? Soak red kidney beans overnight. Next day, cook beans for about an hour. Brown 85% beef in soup pot & add drained beans. Add gluten free beef broth broth w/ celery, matchstick carrots, serrano peppers, tomatoes/ paste, onions, herbs & spices.

Celiac Coeliac, want gluten-free goulash? Brown hamburger in a stew pot & add bell peppers, onions near the end until tender. Layer salt, pepper, spices. Add canned black beans, rinsed. Add canned stewed tomatoes. Add gluten free beef broth and raise temp. Cook rice to directions. It's delicious 😋🤤!

Celiac Coeliac, care for gluten-free white chili? Soak white northern beans overnight. Cook for an hour the next day. In a separate pot, cook chicken pieces of choice in broth (I used thighs). Add carrots, serrano peppers (or other hot pepper), celery, onions, herbs, salt, pepper. Enjoy 😋👌
