Critics hate movies that are just fun. They're always like, "Ugh, it didn't have anything new to say. Where's the social commentary? Why isn't it deconstructing classic tropes? It didn't move the genre forward." Come on, guys... it's okay for a movie to just be 90 minutes of fun and that's it.

Honest question: Do you think the Republicans care if the government EVER opens up? I don't think Trump does. He just does whatever the hell he wants regardless, and Mike Johnson has no interest in oversight. Sadly, I wonder if the Dems have been holding out with no real cards to play.
