As a fellow scaredycat, I found it to be more disquieting than outright terrifying. The implications are upsetting and there is a lot of grossness, but not many jumpscares. I had a really great time, focusing on themes, visuals, and storytelling; and comparing/contrasting to Stoker's Dracula!

And the whole SCP [redacted] aesthetic is so cool and spooky. Control is easily one of my alltime favorites.

I played Fallen Order and had an ok time. I followed it up with Control, and my biggest takeaway was that Jesse plays as a better Jedi than Cal Kestis. I think the force got better in Jedi Survivor, but floating around and whipping rocks at the monsters is Control is just so dang fun and satisfying.
