I'm not going to be home for Thanksgiving, so Tonite cooked for the immediate and extended family. Smoked these Jenny-O breasts...slathered with a homemade herb butter... Smoked with a 50/50 mix of Oak & Pecan... No charcoal bed. Best ones I've ever made
