It lists 14 acres of construction. Remember there are also laydown yards for water management outside of MK too that should start first (Permits awaiting approval). Just to give you an idea of acreage:

So Monsters Inc is going in Muppet Courtyard in DHS. I think this is a great choice and I'm really looking forward to what eventually goes in to Animation Courtyard. (Incredibles Land is my guess)
