Last week I contacted my GP surgery (via the NHS app) at 1:45. I was sitting with the doctor at 2:11. This is the same doctors just 18 months back I had to wait two weeks to get an appointment with my son after being in the long telephone queue. I'd say that was a significant improvement.

I was a heavy twitter user from the early days but it got increasingly grim, probably post pandemic. Already I'm seeing lots of interesting stuff that was probably being shunted out of my feed by Space Karen. Not even arsed I've lost a few thousand followers. Long may it continue and Up the Reds! 👊
