So much Tarantino chatter. I dropped out after Jackie Brown--that was fantastic. Uma is beyond in Kill Bill. But the director is a jerk, blatantly ripping off Lady Snowblood. It just gets worse after that. The only fun part of Once Upon a Time was Brad getting stabbed in the ass. That was great.

Disagree. Terminator is better than T2. T2 is brilliant--it's fantastic! But it's where everything has gone--absolute production. No mistakes. In 1, nobody knows what the fuck is going on. Arnold punching out a car window without a permit? Crew doesn't know where they are? That's a great movie!

Watched Close Encounters after last seeing it 30 years or so ago and still the most unbelievable part is that he would just leave Terri Garr. I just don't buy it.
