No surprises from the Philadelphia MSA– the fairly uniformly dense city is surrounded by far sparser suburbs that taper a long way out to wispy exurbs. The spotting and dotting of old railroad towns keep the suburbs interesting, but doesn't lift the overall density very much.

This develópment is really close to the heart of Portland. It looks 2 be incredibly walkable, with several options for transit, groceries, dining, schools, services, parks, etc nearby.

FB Marketplace is so full of weird, wonderful, stupid garbage

I just checked- there's no tariffs down on the creek, only geese.
A mossy green gray brown muddy rocky land parts to allow the passage of a pokey little creek. Bare trees rake a dull mottled overcast sky. Ripples on the water give texture to the reflected.
