Agreed. I did that on my first audiobook offer. 40 hours, and so far I've made about 125 USD in about 4 years. Lesson learned the hard way.

My wife works out daily with a program designed and led by trainer Shawn T, who she also follows on FB. For Thanksgiving he posted a picture of him, his husband and family around the dinner table, with a mandate in all caps that said "EAT THE DAMN FOOD AND ENJOY IT!"

Yikes. However small a consolation this is, keep in mind that it's no reflection on your performance.
