I’ve been using the AutoSleep app on iOS to track my sleep. It’s great! In the past I didn’t wear my watch to bed because it was uncomfortable but I’m getting used to it. I will likely try other apps at some point but I’m really happy with AutoSleep so far.

I watched Scavengers Rain on Max. High marks for original alien design, music and voice acting. Low marks in other areas such as character depth and story arc. It has a strange charm that left me with an unsettled sense of curiosity about the next chapter. Too bad it was cancelled after one season.

Broken Money by Lyn Alden is a well researched, well written book covering the history of money and where we’re headed. It’s among the best nonfiction books I’ve read. Even if you’re already red pilled, it’s an excellent read. #bitcoin

Visited Charles Bukowski’s grave today and read some of my favorite poems of his aloud. Miss you, Hank. I’m still not trying as best as I can.

Picked trash at Black Star Canyon today. When the water is low, it’s a lot of fun to hike the dry bed. Grateful to live near this place of escape.

Had some fun today with bandmates mixing Ableton Live sequences and live drums and sax. Ah yeah.
