So, I attempted to make cinnamon raisin bread but didn’t have the raisins. I substituted raisins for pecans. Pretty but taste was off. Missing the sweetness from the raisins. If you didn’t add the raisins how much sugar would you add? Or do you? Still new at this. Will still enjoy and eat it ☺️

Sourdough bakers - need advice. This is my second loaf with same results. Not rising and dense. Looks good and tasty lol. Could it be my turn and fold technique? My starter definitely had good growth. Any advice is greatly appreciated 😊 #breadsky #sourdough #breadmaking #beginner
