If there was 'feedback' in the design of the font and the user, it could be that the rounded corners created fewer issues in the material being carved. When I use a router, I am concerned about a splinter taking off the top layer for example.

How close is Gorton is to a 'default' font based on a few rules? - minimize curves, maximize use of the top and edges, standard 'middle'. This defines most of the letters (A, D, E, F, H, I L, N, P, T, V, W, Y, Z), so only a few letters are really unique (S, R, Q, etc)

Can't be done with software but I would love to see high resolution camera with ability to pan/zoom in from touch screen and bright light as well. So I could look for animals, etc. at night, or light up a campsite, etc.
