I took a little time away from <everything> to appreciate the mountains up close. It is peak aspen season.

My foster dog would like to know why she hasn’t been adopted yet… mostly because she’s getting really comfy here, especially half-in, half-out of the patio door.

The previous owner had her for 10 years. She does all the commands, including shake. She takes treats gently, loves kids & belly rubs, and walks nicely on a leash. It’s shocking that she was surrendered, but the owner said she killed a goat 🐐. Is this the face of a goat killer?

I’ve been neglecting this site during the end-of-the-academic year madness. But the cacti in my neighborhood are blooming and I was glad to have a few moments to appreciate that this evening.

I’m happy to report that my foster pup found her furever home today. She was left outside a home, tied to a tree, when her owner moved. Thankfully, a realtor found her & got her into rescue. She is 8 yrs old, spunky, & sweet. Now she’ll know true love for the rest of her days. #FosteringSavesLives

Yes!! She is so happy to meet every dog she sees. Kid & cat friendly too! Basically, she’s just so happy to have company and friends and love. It’s adorable. In the first pic, she was sharing a stick with my resident pup. 😂
