Who do those “sponsorship fees” go to? Like - officially? When they offer to sponsor, who are they paying, and where is that money going to? I mean, we all know who it’s going to, I’m trying to understand just *how* blatantly corrupt this is

Re: Tipping fatigue - There’s a club here in Austin that flips the screen over to you after you order drinks at the bar, with buttons to leave a 3, 5, or 7% tip… I was very confused at first, but then realized that was on top of the 20% they’d already added 😳
