As a stage 4 metastatic melanoma patient I have had nearly a dozen brain MRIs since Fall 2021, and SRS 4x for brain lesions. IMHO, Trump would panic in that tube with all the noise, so he may have been fully sedated during the process. This could explain is inability to tell what area was scanned.

I would like to see the court expanded, but only nine empaneled to hear each case (always including the Chief Justice). That way litigants will never really be sure the makeup of the Justices that will hear their case.

I have no doubt, however, after they nuked the filibuster they would have moved to expand and further pack the Supreme Court.

IDK, but if the Republicans totally nuked the filibuster to end the shutdown, then I have no doubt that the expansion of the Supreme Court would be high on the agenda items for t[R]ump. This, at least, avoids that...for now.

As a stage 4 metastatic melanoma patient, I have brain MRIs roughly every 3-4 months brain lesions treated successfully with SRS treatments four 4xs since Jan '22); consequently, to me, they are "routine". If he's had multiple MRIs and regards them as routine, that would be a whole other issue.

Why won't states come out right now and state that Trump is ineligible for a third term; therefore, he will not appear on that state's ballot as a candidate ever again for POTUS OR VPOTUS. Enough states commit to make it impossible for him to win the Electoral College and the problem is solved.

I call BS. There is no artillery range on MCB Camp Pendleton anywhere near I-5. They currently launch ordinance where the trajectory takes the shells over potentially occupied areas. The BNSF railroad R-O-W parallels the I-5 along the base. SD to LA is the second busiest rail corridor in the US.
