Living in Chicago as someone who is a shade a brown, and who has gotten mistaken for Hispanic (by both native and non-native speakers) more times than I can remember, it is scary. Doesn't matter if you are a citizen, they will disappear you.

How does she portray the business case framing of the YIMBY model? Dense, walkable neighborhoods are inherently more efficient on both a revenue and expense basis. I would think this is something cash-strapped municipalities want.
