Everything Flores has said and indicated for two years is that he would be super intentional/discerning about leaving MN. He’s not going to go to a bad situation, chase $, or jump to a “bigger stage”. Some of these things are just smoke that don’t make sense from his perspective.

Are cap implications for Hargrave the same if we trade or cut him? Not sure there will be a huge market given year he just had.

Gotta be at the point where Vikings need to look at how they train to avoid injury and manage injuries when they occur. Hock hasn’t been same for 2 yrs, Justin’s hammy is made out of string cheese, McCarthy can’t string 3 healthy games together, now we have Darrisaw…it’s a competitive disadvantage

Was encouraging, but agree need to see it rest of way. Big questions for me are 1) how does he get some type of chemistry with best WR in the league (it’s embarrassing at this point), and 2) who replaced Addison’s hands with oars this season? Need to get more out of best WR duo to develop

We can all see it happening but any insight to why? Just having down years, not putting time in to develop rapport, JJ throwing uncatchable balls, etc.?

I hadn’t heard/read this prior but this really is a stinging indictment. It articulates well what I’ve been feeling too in that the most concerning parts have been failures in the SIMPLE parts of the game, not the complex post snap. And if KOC is now saying “just forget about that stuff”…no bueno

They should just put a horizontal bar on top and change the uprights to a rectangular goal the ball needs to be kicked through. Would eliminate any doubt while simultaneously increasing the difficulty of FG/XP plays that have become far too easy in today’s game.

JJ has been far worse than I expected. So as to be more informed and less “I’m ready to pull the plug after 6 games”, how did his first 6 starts compare with first 6 of the other first round QBs from 2024 and 2025? I had hoped he would be more than a rookie this year but thats clearly not the case

His reads looked good and was probably first time the pre-snap operation was decent most of the game. Now just for that underrated quarterbacking element of, you know, actually being able to complete a pass…

You always see GMs come and go, but it seems like scouting staffs remain largely unchanged between regimes. Is that true? What’s the composition/experience of our scouting department? Coaches obviously own in season personnel evals but is there accountability for those helping before/after then?

What is profitability of NWSL vs MLS? And if STL were to go for it would they try to just leverage City’s stadium or build their own (what do other cities do)?

Is there something weird with JJ’s cadence or something that is throwing these guys off? Hard to understand why all these guys are suddenly forgetting something that every coach at every level has drilled into their head since they first strapped on pads…

As newer soccer fan Im having a hard time understanding how/why to get excited for USOC. Understand allure of underdog but I wouldnt want to watch an NFL team play a UFL team. Playing lower team isn’t that appealing, and actually losing would be worse bc it would damage credibility of MLS/City.

9 yr old daughter loved it for a bit. 11 yr old son was entertained for 10 min then asked to watch real game. But agree was pretty glitchy and not enough to stay engaged for whole game. Would be good as a 30 min game recap, not sure it hits its mark as a full game substitute for live action.
