Also fell for it, but doing so made me realize that my Steam password was the same one I created in 2011 and it was SO insecure that I'm amazed I've never been hacked. I only enabled 2FA in the last 3 years or so, I am an idiot.

I've never played a Stalker game before but I'm a massive Fallout fan. It has huge New Vegas vibes and I'm loving it for that reason. Once some of the rough edges are smoothed out, it will be a fantastic game imo.

The M860 Cracker with a 10 round magazine and a scope has been my best friend for over 10 hours. I just found an SPSA 14 though that I'm looking forward to repairing and trying out.

Midnight Marzipan has my attention already! Canada Post needs to get their shit together though and stop the strike, they're already holding two of my previous orders! (One was conveniently held by customs for 2 weeks and released the day before the strike 😡)

I modded them. They're ridiculous for the beginning of the game. For pc players there's a mod that reduces their health by 20/40/60/80%. They still hit like trains but don't take all your ammo to kill.

Some games have excellent fandom wikis. Others not so much. I find fextralife to be far more of a twisted hellscape.
