- A tour of a distillery will transform your understanding of Whiskey (Oban distillery, looking at you...)
- a lot of coffee would be _so_ much better if they didn't overheat the water (except Starbucks, which will always be piss-water)

I come across this too. I think it may be a language thing - call it AI and who doesn't want to be more intelligent? I think it will deskill us all, making us less intelligent - so I call it LLM, as you do, and have found it helps to change the conversation.

I had a very similar experience - she feels almost alive. An incredibly powerful display.
