It reads to me like a way to cut malicious/spam comments.

Most bots will already be removed before they are old enough and outrage tourists will have moved onto the next thing.

The Japanese distributor for the Steam Deck, Komodo, changed their website for the new release and people found some exposed urls.

Whoops yeah, investigated a bit closer. The Reddit post was talking about split screen multiplayer. Which makes more sense.

I heard that the free roam is single player only, is that true? I wanted to drive around with friends and sightsee.

First and foremost, maybe make the command, wsl --unregister, that lets you nuke your entire Subsystem a little harder to use?
