I had something weird where this tweet from 2021 is getting lots of retweets this week from bots. Can only assume it's because algorithms picked up a police officer image.... Twitter/X Basically it's unusable now

Big shout out to all the amazing nurses out there on #MHNursesDay now more than ever we're going to need as many brilliant MH Nurses as we can get. So if you want to make a difference why not be one? The hours are long but there's usually coffee, sometimes biscuits 👍

Seems like the right wing press have decided that the problem with the world is.... Mental health. This is very insidious will directly affect people coming forward for help. All very depressing

Why can't the UK pay nurses more? Imagine we paid similarly to Belgium or Netherlands? People aspiring to be nurses as a well paid job? It would transform/save the NHS. Labour need to be bolder
