no, for most people they aren't. for someone who is a lawyer or who is running for judge, they are completely illegal. a judge cannot be involved with groups that cause his ability to be fair to be questioned. jason van Dyke is obviously a leader in patriot front. for him, that's super illegal.

the march in boston and idaho was both to intimidate marginalized people. that means they were illegal. you cant travel in disguise to ethnically intimidate. they were guilty in both cases. idaho had to plea a bunch of them out because the feds dropped the ball when they should have brought a case

try them all by military tribunal. prison time for all down to the last proud boy or patriot front street. 5 years minimum for the peons, 25 - life for leaders like fuentes and rousseau. life without parole for trump, vance, miller, and others at the top.
