Very impressed with him. Seems like a very genuine guy. We probably disagree a bit politically, but I’ve gained a lot of respect for him with everything he has said since the shooting.

Agree. He was appointment viewing. Felt like every night he had a chance at a perfect game. Really sucked that he got hurt in 2021… he looked like he was going to have the greatest season since Gibson. All time great met. Wouldn’t be shocked if his number is in the rafters eventually.

Yep… I’m an Arizona fan living on the east coast coast. 2 10:30 pm starts to start the year. Pretty rough for basketball too. (When they’re at home, at least)

They could still make a CBB game and it seems like it would still be the only one. But god forbid there is any chance of future competition for EA. I’ve been very frustrated with them with Madden for a few years, hoping they don’t let CFB stagnate the same way. This just makes me dislike them more.

Disappointed there won’t be a standalone game. I’m guessing the colleges will merely be a part of career mode or something with 2k and there won’t be any dynasty mode or anything like that. Not sure what EA’s problem is. Sure other schools are signing with 2K, but not for a standalone game.

Any politician who needs to resort to deportation as a counter to Mamdani because they can’t make any cohesive political argument against him. Isn’t it embarrassing demanding that people who disagree with your politics be deported? Wouldn’t you rather win on the merits of an evidence-based argument?

All for more competition in the sports video game space! IMO the lack of competition is what has caused Madden to stagnate. Not saying 2K is perfect, but I’d rather have 2K competing with EA than EA being the only option.

Interesting that Alvarez is 3rd… I’ve been writing in Torrens on my ballot. Alvy isn’t having a bad year necessarily but his power is just gone. Are there just not that many good NL catchers this year? I like Alvy a lot, but he’s not an all-star this year.
