Trans. She/her. Disabled. I like Monster Hunter.
I don't want controllers with haptics, speakers, microphones, touch pads, or 4D rumble.

I do want a controller that can hold a 10 hour charge.

I've played a lot of really good games lately. Some of the highlights have been

Night Swarm
Queen's Domain (Demo - I'm insanely excited for this)
Kingdom of Night
Marvel Cosmic Invasion
TMNT: Splintered Fate

At least a handful of people went to go see Together on a first date and I think that's really fun.

I'm glad I finally tried out TMNT Splintered Fate. The combat flows so well, it feels great. The soundtrack is also super good, really fits both the turtles and the vibe of the game. Really impressed!

You can love someone you love even if you don't love yourself🏳️‍⚧️
But if you love yourself, you can love both yourself and the person you love. Your love becomes twofold.
So take care of yourself.
Your soul is beautiful.

One side effect of my disability is parasomnia and it can be really wild sometimes.

With some of the hallucinatory stuff that happens I completely get why someone might believe in ghosts or abductions.

Mem and Austin's podcast GL;HF is such a fun listen. I always look forward to a new upload.

If you enjoy Miitopia (which is a gem) then you might also enjoy HeroLand.

You're an employee at a Fantasy Adventure themed amusement park, making parties out of park guests and sending them into different attractions.

It is somehow even more silly than Miitopia and that is a plus.

I've been trying to Platinum/100% all the Final Fantasy games and I'm at 5 now.

Very much not a fan of Blue Magic spells now.

Nobody told me one of the things that happens when you get old is you just start sneezing all the time.

Sonic CrossWorlds is so good its fixing my posture.

Sitting up perfectly straight during every race because I'm so invested.

I'm starting to get unreasonably excited for the new Katamari game.

There are so many notable horror games coming out or around this October, can't remember the last time the genre was this well represented for the month.

Monster Rancher is a cozy game, actually.

Aside from playing Gex at store stands, I never got to use a 3DO and missed some actual gems. Playing Killing Floor for the first time and I love it. I hope someday Nightdive gets the Blood games onto console as well, they'd make a great back to back experience.

Just finished re-watching Community. Its been a few years. My big takeaway is season four is more fun than I remember and season six is actually my favorite. Keith David and Paget Brewster are both awesome (and Jim Rash getting more screen time is great).

"fight with the army you have" doesn't mean much when that army wants to use you as a sand bag.

I think games that use a medium such as stop motion or claymation are so damn cool.

Games like Judero or Lumino City are rarities. The artistry and craft that go into translating those more tradition mediums to game form is beyond impressive.

Your purity test results just came back from the lab. I'm afraid I have some terrible news.

I feel kind of blessed that my specific brand of autism appears to be immune to FOMO.

The second I realize I can't play a game my way, on my schedule I instantly lose interest in it. There is no quicker way to get me to stop playing a game than seeing something like "I missed the timed event."

It would be nice to see the Metal Max series get released as a collection. The majority of the series never got (official) localizations and it is such a cool take on a quasi-open world, turn based RPG.

Fantasy Life i joins the rarefied ranks of perfect sequels. I've always appreciated Level-5; but with every release they remind me, they know how to make fun games, often wonderfully silly, that are a joy to play.

Maybe someday I'll get that Yo-kai Watch 4 localization!

Love it when liberals complain about purity tests and the test is “do you respect this marginalized person’s right to exist”

I've put a couple hours into Empire of The Ants and I think its great. Often stunningly beautiful, I've found myself just stopping and looking at the scenery of the forest floor or zoning out to the music.
